My one query regarding contractor have not PF & ESIC and they working inside the our Factory, so how to get compliance from contractors, If have any draft about such kind of contractors compliance, so we can affidavit collect from contractors.

No affidavit can substitute legal compliance required under statue. You need to ensure that the respective contractor has his own PF and ESI code and he deposits contributions timely.
Else as a Principal employer you will be liable, and you will require to deposit the same under your code.
