According to the definitions of trade union, trade dispute the employers can also avail the same privilege which was being enjoyed by the workers/employees. According to Sec. 5(a)(aa) of the Act inference can also be drawn that the employers can also avail the same benefit alike the employees/workers to safe guard their interests and avoid exploitation of the workers' unions.
