I am a post graduate in English and Psychology. I have a Diploma as well as a Bachelor's degree in teacher training. I have been a teacher and trainer of English for 17 years. At present, I am working for a pharmaceutical company as a training manager. I train all cadre employees and also co-ordinate training programs of other departments, but not a part of HR. These training sessions are about pharmaceutical industry.
After coming to this industry, I realized that being a manager in 'L&D-H.R' would suit me aptly. So, I started doing M.B.A. through distance mode.
I have very good communication skills in English. I am good at both written and spoken English. I have conducted many training sessions locally. My dream is to see myself as a "Training Head" in any big organization, be it a corporate or M.N.C.
01)Will I get a position of manager in 'L&D-H.R' opportunity while being a student of M.B.A or shall I need to wait till I complete it?
02) I want to be familiar with some industry related topics for which I can deliver training sessions.
03) How shall I find my suitable position? Either by applying directly to any company or join any training supported consultancy?
