Please share your views on the following. Should we give leave encasement and bonus to contract employees on monthly basis in their wages sheet?

It is better to consider, Bonus and Leave wages annual basis, for those on rolls at the year end, ( Leave wages at the calendar year end for the previous year working. Similarly Bonus during festive season / 8 months close of the accounting year) as reimbursement. Principle Employer makes the cost saving.
