I have been worked as Manager for 9yrs 5months in a Regional Rural Bank, and resigned and joined new organisation. while submitting the resignation I have requested to encash my PL along with other terminal benifits. They denied quoting circular dated 2015. Service regulation (amended in 2016) does not speak about PL encashment after resignation. Sponser bank of that RRB is PL encashment after resignation to 50% of available PL. is there any law saying I am eligible for PL encashment. Please suggest.
