Sir/Madam,
It is very true situation, however if you provide some script to talk then they will talk creatively with customer.
Second thing is that no one are interested to listen what tale caller wants so say, not because of the have less time ,because of less interest ,Hence if you provide some creative script to them might be change the situation.
Paying incentive is not effective tool., first a fall try to find out the root cause why employees are not stable and then apply the some solution,
like changes in work culture, rotational shift, incentive structure , weekly job rotation, employee engagement, creativity in work, product analysis, customer feedback.

Create a motivation for them. After having successfully worked for one year Tele-callers, what next? You should be in position to consider a different roll for the for having successfully completed one year. This is one of the way to retain them!

Dear All,
My question is not about how to motivate a telecaller & how to motivate them or how to improve their job performance. This situation comes after hiring.
I am facing challenges in recruitment of a female telecaller. Request you to understand my question.
My question is about recruitment.

you can tweak your words while interview. Instead of saying "Tele calling" give them some other name and also do not make them feel that they have to make only calls tell them during interview that they will have more responsibility than only tele calling I am sure you will get more fruitful line ups.

Monica
