If my monthly in hand salary is 13000/- then what is basic and all contribution please give me breakup of salary.

50% should be your basic pay (ie) 6500; the rest you can break up with HRA; DA remember if your hand salary is 13,000 the gross would be around 14,000 include of PF and ESI and PT

Rs. 387 /- and remaining amount can merge at Education Allowance or Conveyance All is Rs. 4880/- The total Net Salary is Rs. 13000/-. You can split up this format.
