Please let me know if we hire few college students as interns to work in the company then are they eligible for PF and ESI.
If no then what are the benefits they will be eligible for.

May I request you to clarify that how an 'college students as interns to work in the company' Normally they are on training, unless you hire them part time on regular work, as been considered in foreign countries. I am not sure in India it is in vogue.
As trainees they are eligible for stipends as decided by the Organisation, and their services are more or less on 'fixed term contract' basis, or engagement under 'NEEM' scheme. They are not covered under ESI or PF.
