Our organization want to start new pattern for salary month is 25th to 25th so employee get salary on 1st of the month.
But in first month of we have calculated salary 1st to 25th only 25 days salary.
Next month will be 26th April to 25th May full month salary.
I think it is wrong so.
Please guide me how to workout for first month. It should be 25 days full salary or 25 days salary.

Your working is perfectly OK. For the first month in view of rationalization of wage period only 25 days salary could be paid. If any workmen covered under Industrial Disputes Act, definition, keep them agreed as this amount to change in service conditions, and requires 9-A Notice to the workmen.
