I am working in an IT Organisation, we provide a good hike to all employee i.e around 30-35%. But our employees are not yet satisfied with their increment. So if anyone can help me with the market standard rate. As far as I am aware, 30% I have found is maximum which one gets that too when they switch.
I would like to know other HR Exe. opinion on this.
