PF with new employer - will they come to know about my previous employer history?

I have a doubt currently am working in a company I will soon complete 6 six months. And I have decided to quit so here I have a pf account so i wanted to know if I withdraw my pf account and it I join a new firm and I choose not to disclose my previous employment history so when they create a new pf will they come to know about my previous employer history

If you are not working for about 60 days and you are eligible to avail PF Claim once you have completed six months. you are freely to join same UAN in some other concern after you have withdrawn the PF Amount
