Dear Sir, I'm an employee at private company, i have completed my 1 year here and i have not used my earn leaves this year. So, when would i get paid my ELs and how whether it is cash or account pay or by cheque? Please describe me the procedure and the rules.

If i'm not wrong then you are from Delhi and as per the act the accumulation limit for Delhi is 45 days. Thus, you need not to worry about your leave lapse. If you wish to encash your leave you can do so as mentioned in your company policy, thus please read your company policy about encashment and for further help meet your HR team.
