I am running a security firm in Karnataka, one of our client forcing us to provide Trainee security guards, is there any such act to do so. if yes please share relevant documents. and they are forcing us to provide security services at lesser rates (i.e. lesser than minimum wages) they are very important client we don't want to lose. please someone help me to come out with this issue.
