After seeing your post I did a search to see if I could find something for you but strangely there is almost nothing happening in Kolkata.
I think the NHRD Network may be meeting offline some times - you can check here: Kolkata | National HRD Network (NHRDN)
If you want to do something, I can help you. Think of an ideal date and venue and I can arrange for the promotions to see if people want to turn up. We will need to have a good lineup of people - so see if you can connect with some high up management experts and get them to agree to come. I can handle to setting up of this - I was already planning on doing some pilot events for "Short Study Course".
