Our office is registered from Rajasthan... PF and ESI are also registered from there... And employees are in Delhi and Rajasthan.
I want to understand that we will follow minimum wage rates of Rajasthan or respective locations.
Also I want to know that suppose my employee is at salary of 1 lac and basic we follow 50% of salary in this case is it possible to deduct PF contribution of employee @ 15000 as this is the limit.

In case such of those employee closed his/her previouys account then call them as exempted employee. Else you re knock their salary as Rs.15,000/- and recover accordingly. V.Murali
