if the employee voluntarily contributing 24% PF, Iemployer also need to Contribute 24%?

Dear Sir, Regarding paying of contributions over and higher than the fixed one, is not allowable by the PF department. If at all, the candidate wants to contribute, he has to take prior permission both from the employer as well as the Provident Fund Department and then only it can be done. In case, if every thing goes OK, the employer need not pay the contributions at the higher rate what the candidate is opting, which please note. Hope this will suffice your query.
