Resignation should be accepted as per the Terms & Conditions of Appointment mutually agreed upon and accepted.
2. Any rules of the Maternity Benefit Act regarding resignation immediately after availing maternity leave of 26 weeks?
The employer can recover the shortfall in the notice period amount from the employee as per the Terms & Conditions of Appointment mutually agreed upon and accepted.
3. Whether she needs to serve notice or not?
Yes, as provided in the Terms of Appointment mutually agreed upon and accepted.
