Hello All,

I was working as a referral marketing executive for a small hospital (pvt ltd). I quit the organization due to some internal issues as I was stagnated with that role. Actually speaking, I was on a contract period for two years. Upon completion of one year, I resigned on my own terms, which they did not accept, and I quit.

Now the issues are:
1. How to get back my certificate, which I had given, but the HR is saying I do not have the authority to retrieve it.
2. I want my EPFO Money. I have the UAN number with me, but I do not want to step back and ask for the official signature. The EPFO office is asking for the official HR Director/HR signature and company seal for PF surrender.

What should I do?

Thanks with regards,
G.

Dear Sir,
# EPFO has initiated to settle PF claims online without the need for intervention of the employers.
Accordingly, a new facility has been launched in employee’s Member Interface of Unified Portal for the employees/members to submit Online Claims based on Composite Claim Form (Aadhaar) for availing the benefits under EPF (Form- 19), Pension (Form- 10C) and PF Part Withdrawals (Form- 31).
# For Online submission of a claim, members are required to complete e-KYC on the Unified Portal for submitting their claims through online mode and such claims will be available in the field office application software for processing without routing the same through their employers.
# For online submission of claim forms, the facility would be available only to those PF members who have seeded their KYC’s (Aadhaar Number and Bank Details) against their UAN which have further been verified digitally by the employer and also from the UID database, and service details are available on the Unified Portal.
# EPFO has also instructed, priority needs to be given to online claims. All EPF field offices are advised to settle online claims with 5 days.
# Under Aadhaar based Online Claim Submission scheme all EPF Members who have activated their UAN and seeded their KYC (Aadhaar) with EPFO will be able to apply for PF final settlement (form19), Pension withdrawal benefit (Form10-C) from their UAN Interface directly.
# Members can complete the whole process online and they neither need to interact with the employer nor with the EPFO field office to submit the online claim. They are not required to give any supporting document while preferring online PF part withdrawal case.
