Dear Seniors,
As per the Tamilnadu industrial establishments (Conferment of permanent status to workmen) Act,1981. one who completed continuous service for a period of 480 days twenty four calendar month in an industrial establishment shall be made permanent. Even though most of the establishments are engaging more than above said days in the name of company apprentice, how it is possible without giving permanent status can engage them.
