Hi, I have just joined ceramic flooring MNC, they are having their sales offices in India.There are total 65 sales staff located in all over India.I need to draft incentive based payroll policy for sales staff,please suggest me in following points:-
1. How to design incentive policy. What will be the percentage for targets, how to give targets.
2. Also, how we can include variable pay in their salary
3. How incentives will be paid? Included in salary or it will be given in separate
Also advise me how to do salary bench marking.
