Hii, I have working in an IT company as an offrole employee for the past 6 months and then they made me as an onrole employee in the previous month. I had worked as an onrole employee for 1 month and then due to some problems I have applied resignation and they gave me a two month of notice period but due to the problem I have left the company in the ten days of notice period without informing anyone. So they applied JA for me. Now they send a mail that they will take disciplinary action against me. But I didn't sign in any bond and also I didn't registered in NSR. Now what to do. Please anyone help me.

What were the termination clause mentioned in your appointment letter. You have mentioned that you were off roll employee please elaborate what was your status of employment during that period, so as to give an appropriate view.

I don’t know what JA is, but the rest of the action by the company is perfectly justified

Well, Saji I still believe that the company is doing the right thing. I am sure they would have also put a negative against his name in the national skill registry.

Yes Sir, the company is doing right, the only escape for the query poster is that if the he/she is under probation and if the termination clause states no notice period during probation then there is a chance to win his/her case
