I am a B.E. graduate who worked in the IT industry for 2+ years. I am currently on a career break for 4 years after marriage and having a child. I am interested in pursuing an MBA in HR to start my career in this field. At the moment, I am only able to do a correspondence MBA. I am wondering if this degree will be valued in the corporate world. I am no longer interested in working in IT and am seeking a career change. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Yes, you can pursue an MBA through correspondence, and this option will be applicable everywhere. There are many reputable institutes/colleges such as Symbiosis, IGNOU, and others. You can search online to explore these options. In addition, to make the most of this correspondence period, you can also consider taking up a job to gain valuable experience and bridge the gap of two years.
