Need suggestions. Is it possible to reduce or bifurcate basic + DA amount in other salary allowance or components to increase take home of the employees? if once we give a certain amount as Basic + DA and after some time we reduce that amount and merge with another component then is it ok as per the legal rules? if so then what are the process needs to follow??
