Dear Seniors,
I have one quarry, one the Ferrow alloys unit in production employees are working 8 + 8 hr duty and latter 8 + 8 hrs off. But ultimately they follow 48 hrs a week. Is this justifiable ? what are the contraventions if working like this ? and what statutory norms says.
