My previous employer was deducted my ESIC amt in payslip but when I check in ESIC - portal online - after login
- in contribution details tab there is no any amount show
that means employer not paid my esic amt to esic office
I have all the salary slips

ESIC or EPFO? as the EPFO portal allows the access of employees to view their contributions, or passbook, ESIC does not have any such feature
I would suggest you to check the contribution period once again in the ESI IP Portal.
Still, if you see that the contribution is not made, you can approach ESI Branch Office and raise a compliant.
They will assist in this regards.

IP portal get updated very late, regarding contributions,
nowadays wipro has offloaded the portal maintenance, and railtel is working on the system,
till now they are unable to fix the portal to accept the portal applicability for upgrade for 21000/-
.
if the employee has some issue with his contribution, then he can approach the employer directly , i believe that employer can make the CR show for his payment, as ESIC and EPFO rules are very reluctant about the contributions deducted from employees, and no employer want to invite the troubles
.
also i just want to satisfy my curiosity that why the employee is digging so much info for his esic contributions? his card would be valid for approx 30 days from the date of leaving job, and he is entitled for all benefits except the leave payment.
