Hi All, I am a Mobile Lead and I was in process with the Co. since One month I cleared all there 4 F2F and Task rounds and finally on Thursday I got a call from HR that I have been selected and that they need to role the offer. She asked me to immediately send all the docs like salary slips etc and she need to send the Offer by evening since manager then has to leave out of station for vacations.
I sent the docs in 2 hours and then I waited for the offer but its on 3rd day I called the HR she said the Manager left by the she made offer and now since he is traveling so he will check mail on phone etc and will approve. But now I again waited for Monday and Tuesday and today I dropped a mail asking the same but she did not reverted.
Every thing salary etc was discussed and there was no issue also she asked me for verification number which I gave but no call has been done to those ppl as well.
Please let me know what can be the reason. I am really interested for the position.

I would say, have some patience. There are lot of pre-offer process to be carried out. Also this is a festive season and many employees would be on vacation. You see for yourself your second post within short time for no reply. "Patience" :)

In my opinion, don't wait and look for other opportunities in market. The simple reason is that the company do not take time to issue offer letter, if they decide to select the candidate. Because HR also know that it will delay the candidate joining and positon closure. HR have their own targets for position closure. therefore, if HR is not responding back on your mails or call , then it clearly means that they are not much interested in your candidature. But in future, if they will contact you , if they wish so.
Regular followup with them will let down your position and show desperation to get this job. It will break your chances of negotiation as well. Hence I suggest not to further followup with them and start looking for another vacancy.
