We have two factory which is distance from each other 15 Km in same district .We have taken One ESIC code under our Head Office which is also in same district.So kindly advise can we continue with one code or we have taken another sub -code.If we will continue for one code ,kindly give any act or decision copy of Law.We cant take sub-code because all the employee of both factory are interchanging their place of work with in the two factory in week/fortnightly.
So Kindly advise me with a proper guidance.

For units within the same state, in any case you don't need to bother with setting up separate codes
