What penalty is going tobe imposed for employers not maintaing registers as per formar. As on today the fine value is only Rs.1000/- . What does this show? it should be minimum 50000/- with rigrous imprisonment for 2 years as penalty/

You may better give your suggestion to the Ministry of Labour, Government of India with proper reasoning, as there is no use of expressing your views, which have no concern with the readers, as you questions, "What penalty is going tobe imposed for employers not maintaing registers as per formar. These new rules and forms will be under the central rules right ?
each state will still follow the old rules ?
or does this automatically apply to all state rules and they also get amended ?
If this is central rules only, then its a meaningless exercise for most employers
