Under section 14 of Factories Act, dust or fumes are to be extracted properly. Section says factory should take all preventive measures to stop inhalation of dust. So if by ceiling fan it increases such risk they must remove it.

We are already provide the hoods and dust collectors in each machines. Further also dusts are accumulated around the work area. we are provide the ceiling fan all work areas for employees.
My doubt is cieling fan is circulate the dusts.. If you have any ideas to prevent from existing dust please tell me.

Of course, ceiling fans will increase liberation and circulation of dusts and there by add more inhalation risk to employees.
Always preferable to have exhaust or dust extractors to deal with dust liberating workplaces.
