Im working in a pharma company, i have given service bond for 2 years while joining, they given me appointment letter at the time of my joining in that my notice period after resignation is 1 month, Now i have completed 2 years, 2 months back (After 2 years) i have given my resignation but now my employer is not releaving me in one month they are telling that now the company policy is changed and i have work for three months compulsary but my joining date in new company is closer. now what i should do
