Supreme Court in its order dated 28.9.2016 (copy attached) has held that only the persons specified in Pension Scheme are entitled to get pension and no other. Even employee himself cannot dispose of pension under his will. Pension is not his property and hence all legal heirs are not entitled to share pension under Hindu Succession Act.
