I am Anusha..working with a NBFC industry..I want to know in brief about the TDS in an organization. Can anyone help me out in explaining me the TDS. If the employer deducts the tax amount from the employee from his salary then again after submitting the LIC premium receipts, other necessary docs in the financial year, will the employer re-funds the deducted amount to the employee. Kindly, Clarify
