Dear Sir, In my company, one employee working in chennai covered in ESI, His parents living Native place. Parents want to get treatment from ESI. what is a procedure?

First you need to check by login into employer portal of ESIC as in which dispensary your employee is eligible for treatment. Then you have to enroll the employee's parents name if the same has not been updated.
Are the employee's parents monthly income less than Rs.5000? (It includes any income ). If Yes, then you need to issue an income certificate for their parents stating that it is less than Rs.5000/- and it needs to be signed by the authorized signatory person as well as the IP.
Also, please ask the IP to take entitlement certificate also.
