If the bonus is minimum, the payment will be as follows:

3) 7000 (ceiling)
4) 6943
5) 4057
6) 3898
7) 7000 (ceiling)
8) 7000 (ceiling)
An employee with a salary of 15100 is also eligible to receive 7000.
