In Jharkhand MW is Rs. 6890/- per month for unskilled category as on (Aug-2016) . When payment of Bonus issue comes, employee of that category rate of pay is to be calculated as Rs.7000/- per month exclusively for bonus purpose. As the Gazette Notification says, " Seven Thousand rupees or the Minimum Wages, whichever is higher"
