My Organisation has informed the following via their policy .Is this correct or can I challenge them , Please suggest me asap
My total exp in this company is 2 years .

Salary during Maternity:
Half salary payment would be given in the beginning of each month during the maternity tenure of three months. Rest of the half payment would be paid once the employee joins back, in the following three months.
Return to work:
a) The female employee who does not present herself to work five (5) days after the expiration of her maternity leaves, may be known to have resigned.
b) Incase the employee fails to joins back, the company holds the right to forfeit half of the salary which is due.
