Hi everyone, can you please help me how to write Holiday Announcement mail to all employees. please send few email templates.

its extra holiday announcement which is not mentioned in Holiday List. or common announcement for Holiday (tell the name of holiday on which occasion).

Its needless to send a mail to everyone for any holiday, because all holidays are already display at notice board of the factory. still you want to inform the employee then can inform them verbal or by giving them best wishes for concern holidays.
always remember being as a HR/IR guy you must think several time before giving any written message among the company employee. because it may be beneficial and as well as harmfull also,

Thanks for ur query reg.Holiday notifying in CiteHR.
Most Cos.put up Holiday List on all Co.Notice Boards with copies to all HODs in Dec./January for the infn. of all.
Similarly; there is a practice of exhibiting a Circular(with copies to all HODS) the previous day of the Holiday so that the HODs & employees are advised in time to plan for deployment of personnel for Essential Services on such Holiday.
It is recommended specially for Mfg.Cos.
