One of the employee in our organisation joined on 15-5-16 and expired on 20-6-16 ,in june month, may month salary is given to him with PF deduction.IS his nominee has eligibility to claim death PF.

My query is according to UAN number of mine, My detail is showing wrong ( it is DOB & FATHER NAME ) to change this i had submitted joint declare form to PF office to change the same on date 8th July 2016 & i got acknowledge of the same from PF office,on same day but till date i didn't find any changes in UAN number. now its been more than one month. I have a serious problem with family finance how do i escalate to seniors of PF office? whats my next procedure to step-up to take legal action?? Plz help me.!!!!
