Dear Friends, I need to consult on a new situation where an employee is working in an organization from past 1 year. He at the time of joining the organization did not receive any offer letter nor any appointment letter. Now the employee has been asked to leave the organization by asking him to submit the resignation against his will.
The employee is asking the organization for a proper and official termination letter. But the organisation is denying of giving this to him. Please tell in reference to employee as what he can do for his rights, as his previous 3 months salary is also not been released. Moreover there is no specific contract agreement between the employee and the employer.
