I am new in HR, my director told me to make a salary break up for 3 lac Rs. per month.
I dont know which salary component should I add for 3 lac rs. monthly salary.
Please help me in this. pls send me a format for the same,.

Hi, Is PF and ESIC liabilty there? IF Yes, Then Baisc- 45% of CTC HRA - 50% of Basic Medical- 1250 (Fixed) Allowances- 1600 (Fixed) Special Allowances- PF- 12% of Basic

A.3 Education Allowance 200
B.1 Additional Allowance 38,400
B.2 Conveyance Allowance 1,600
B.6 LTA 26,000
Total (a) 234,950
C.1 Driver Salary 10,000
C.2 Fuel and Maintenance Reimbursement 1,800
C.3 Telephone Reimbursement 2,000
C.4 Medical Reimbursement 1,250
