Dear, if employees are above 100 nos. in any day of preceding year, need to create the works committee, 10% of total member in workmen, 2-3% of management side and one chairman of committee as neutral party. Do the meeting in every month, prepare the MOM for the same.
You need to display the name of committee members along with picture on notice board and MOM of every meeting.
