Dear team,
If the number of employees exceeds 100 on any day in the preceding year, it is necessary to establish a works committee. The committee should consist of 10% of total members from the workmen's side, 2-3% from the management side, and one neutral party serving as the chairman of the committee. Monthly meetings are required, and minutes of meetings (MoM) should be prepared accordingly.
The names of committee members should be displayed along with their pictures on the notice board, and MoM from every meeting should be documented.
