I am new in the field of HR here in our company one of the employee has availed
5 leave in one week pls share your view should i give him the benefit of sunday leave,

Please give all details of the setup, circumstances of the matter, permanency, whether he had leave available or it was without pay, etc

Sir. Employee had availed leave with out pay however 5 leave was availed by employee in one week pls guide should i deduct his only 5 days salary or 6 days including sunday

Sir.... our company is pvt. Ltd. A mfg entity registered in factory act. .....if an
Employee take 5 days leave... suppose...
Mr. X employee has availed leave 5 days
Monday to fridaythen company will deduct his 6 days salary for sunday to friday+sunday,
pls tell me is this correct policy if the employee has availed 5 day leave then he will not be entitled to avail to avail the sunday also,
