When you resigned were you not aware of the bond money?
What were the terms and conditions of our appointment?
What was yuor role in the company?
Any special training imparted to you at company expense?
Getting blacklisted is not good whether it makes difference to you immediately or in the long run.
See how to reconcile your wishes and company demands.
You need to furnish more information about your job-terms and conditions, laid down resignation processes etc before you can be suggested ways and means to get around the problem.
