i'm also doing the continuous assessment on Attitude Evaluation at workplace in my organization.
I did my evaluation as 5 categories.. Beneficial, Acceptable, Neutral, Unsatisfactory, Disruptive.
But normally, in books and theories, they have only 3 kinds of attitude, which are Positive, Neutral, Negative.
