Hi, I have a offer from Software MNC Orgnisation. I have to join this company in April 2016 and that time i will be 5 months pregnant.Neither I have informed them about my pregnancy nor they have asked me about it during the Face to Face round of Tech & HR Interview. Should I inform them before my joining or after joining? I can continue to work till June as my expected date in July. Is there any possibility that they can cancel my offer if I inform them now ?
Please advise me what to do as I have already resigned in my current organisation.

Hi Buddy,
From my point of view, you should have informed about your pregnancy to the HR in the HR interview itself. I sense that you hide this issue because you feared that you won't get the job due to pregnancy. Hence, my advise is please contact the HR who conducted the interview and inform about your pregnancy & have a open conversation by revealing reason for hiding this.
Yes, there is possibility of cancelling the offer by citing the issue which you hide in the interview as breach of trust.
With Regards
Mr.Thumbs Up

Hiding such information will have a negative impact in the mind of your employer.
You must inform the company at the earliest and face the risk of them finding some excuse to avoid hiring you.
Sometimes they may be sympathetic and accept you as at least you have told the truth belatedly though.

In the strict legal sense, this may not be necessary; but, morally it would be advisable to make a disclosure.
