Monnet Raigarh had paid me advance against salary of Aug 2014. But It had not settled the differential of 62K even after 1 year. PF deducted from my salary for the said month is under hold and co. has used my PF in its working capital use. AVP(HR) and President(HR) has given sweet assurance , but no value.
Monnet -Raigarh gives big big alluring figures in CTC sheet but actually hardly stick to that after the employee resigns. All sweet verbal talk from HR become sour.
You are just thrown like cigarrete buff . Co even not file PF returns and also do not care to PF commissioner's notice.
I was General Manager(Logistics), facing such ill treatment about non payment of salary, CTC, PF for over a year.
Any means or writing to company law board, Registrar to company will do ? Please suggest

""PF deducted from my salary for the said month is under hold and co. has used my PF in its working capital use.""
How can you establish this fact?
A court /any government agency will ask for evidence before acting.
Have you got your PF statement which shows less credit and salary statement which shows debit of PF?
If so,complaint to PF Commissioner of the area will do the needful.
Send a legal notice to the company.

Interesting comments that makes me doubt the sincerity of the post.
You say the company has held back your PF, and that they do not care for a notice by the commissioner.
If the company does not reply or comply with the directions of the commissioner, then the department freezes the bank account and recovers the money. They also freeze the bank account of the directors.
So if your statement is true then the PF department would do that. And today with RTI being freely used, most department officers will not try to bury a matter of non-payment of PF dues by the company

Mr. Mahapatra,

If any company comes under the coverage of PF, then they will have to comply with the submission of PF return.

Now so far I could understood you have 2 concerns. One-Balance amount of 62k after taking advance hasn't been settled yet.

Another-PF got deducted from your whole salary in the month of aug'14 and got used in company's welfare.

Coming to first concern. ...Do you have the salary slip of that month with you which is showing advance taken and the balance (take home) of 62000/- along with attendance details. Here you need to prove that you were present for x number of days in that month and salary received was not as per salary mentioned in the appointment/appraisal letter. You need to collect your bank statement also to tally the figure transferred from the company. This will help you in claiming that amount from the employer either through mutual discussion or through labour court.

2nd Concern:

Do you have any proof that they deducted your PF earlier and in that month or after that? The proof can be salary slip, PF statement, salary breakup in appointment letter, pf form 2 etc etc. If your concern is only for the month of aug'14, then I doubt that they shown your salary as 0 while filing return and kept the actual PF contributions in company's account. If it is so then collect salary slip of that month as a proof and tally with PF statement collected from PF site.

Pls note if they are not ready to give you the salary slip, then at least try to collect attendance details of that month which is most important factor in solving both the concerns.

Hope this will be helpful for you. ...

Apart from what the seniors has suggested, I am curious to know that why you kept silent for almost 15 months to raise your query.
