Understanding PF Calculation and Contributions in Salary Calculation - CiteHR

Hi friends,

I have one query. Let's say the basic salary is 14500. The PF employee contribution is calculated as 14500 * 12 / 100 = 1740, and the PF employer contribution is calculated as 14500 * 13.61 / 100 = 1973.45.

Friends, please reply whether this calculation is correct or wrong.
