Hello Dear Gems,
[/b]Help me with your experiential learnings/knowledge.
I have undertaken a project (as a green belt project);though from a organizational perpective it will be global best practices(what my Boss say for motivating me)...but its to do the following;
1) Create a competecy Map for certain Sales Job roles ,and if possible create also a Human Capital Readiness;and then find out the critical functional & Trait required at each level for performing his/her Job duties .
2) Based on your competency map create a training design ;which will be a mandatory training for all levels of Sales & Marketing function.
3) :roll: And then if possible creat also a competency Asesment center for checking their levels
4) Now the main challendge is who will validate their KNowledge/Skill/Attitude levels ;apart from Boss Appraisals .
PLease share your experiences/information/knowledge to hekp me with some training tols in this forum.
