Hi Seniors, reaching to you for information on Gratuity law in India. As per my information its 4 years 240 days(8 months) however my company is denying giving various reasons.They give gratuity on 5 years but not less than that. May i know if there are any hidden rules due to which this cant be given for less than 5 years. regards
