Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Arpan Sarkar an employee of Nexval Infotech pvt ltd Kolkata. I am getting numbers of false complain mails and threatening mails form Hr department of my company. One of the Hr personal Mr Vikash Kumar, trying to take false disciplinary action against me regarding false case. He sent me mail regarding the same, and when I am asking him by mail to prove those lies, then he tried to take disciplinary action against me. He has send my performance evaluation mail to some selective employees who are in his lobby. But he did not send to every employee. He think that he is the boss of this company and he also thinks that he can take any decision against any one any time and no one can complain against him. He also did the same with many other employees before. Whom should I complain for justice if hr personal is trying to take false disciplinary action against me?
Please help me in this situation. I want fair justice. Please help.

Sad to read about HR people threatening you using official position.
Did you discuss this matter with your manager/HOD?
Have you shown them the mails sent by HR?
Keep your HOD in full picture about wrong actions by HR.
Who is the superior officer of this HR gentleman?
Write to him in full details and keep your HOD?Manager informed of developments.
If you have done nothing wrong,there is nothing to worry.
If at company level you dont get justice,then there are legal channels.But I doubt whether it would go so far.
